I don't typically post reviews, but this was a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend the private session if you're able, since it will be only you and your guests, and you will have an opportunity to hold multiple owls. The owl concierges were delightful and show great care with their owls. I would definitely go back if I returned to Tokyo.

Booked a private session for my honeymoon trip, was totally worth it! The owners are kind and loving to the owls and you can tell from their plumage they are healthy. They even know the different owls’ personalities and make the experience a fun and enjoyable one. The owls are majestic and intelligent, and dont bite or scratch. 10/10 and will definitely come again!

The couple who runs this owl cafe were very professional and patient. My husband reserved a private experience for us and his parents. We were able to pick 2 owls to hold and spend time taking all the photos and videos we wanted. There were big binders of information outside about the owls, bios, do's and dont's, etc. The items to purchase were a good variety as well.
