I booked the private owl experience for my family and was thoroughly happy with the whole experience.
I know there are many ethical questions animal cafés these days. However, in my experience the owl café was run by true professionals who truly care about their animals.
The café was small, but extremely clean, unlike other cafés that I’ve been to. The owners taught everyone in the café how to handle the animals, kept the atmosphere quiet to keep the owls calm, and were very helpful. This was a unique experience that I would definitely do again in a heartbeat. Out of everything my boyfriend and I did in Tokyo, this was our number one favorite place for the price and for what you got to experience.

We are a family who booked a private session. We were all very impressed with the owners of the cafe, we could tell they cared a lot about the owls and they were very attentive to our needs . There were so many beautiful owls of all different types and sizes and personalities! The owners were also very good at setting up photo opportunities. Highly recommend.

I don't typically post reviews, but this was a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend the private session if you're able, since it will be only you and your guests, and you will have an opportunity to hold multiple owls. The owl concierges were delightful and show great care with their owls. I would definitely go back if I returned to Tokyo.

Booked a private session for my honeymoon trip, was totally worth it! The owners are kind and loving to the owls and you can tell from their plumage they are healthy. They even know the different owls’ personalities and make the experience a fun and enjoyable one. The owls are majestic and intelligent, and dont bite or scratch. 10/10 and will definitely come again!

The couple who runs this owl cafe were very professional and patient. My husband reserved a private experience for us and his parents. We were able to pick 2 owls to hold and spend time taking all the photos and videos we wanted. There were big binders of information outside about the owls, bios, do's and dont's, etc. The items to purchase were a good variety as well.
